Fortunately, Ondoy showed us that there are many Filipinos out there who volunteer because they really want to help the victims through their hardships. There are many Pinoys who are willing to sacrifice their time for sleeping and resting after work just so they could go to relief centers and help out. There are many others who are willing to spend their hard-earned money for a complete stranger, without wanting/needing credit for doing that. <br /><br />Ondoy (and hopefully Pepeng as well) showed that there are many people who volunteer and donate their time and money for the right reasons.
